The product was so popular that it was purchased at the state level for the needs of the army. The manufacturer emphasized this fact with the inscription on the label of the blades: “For the personnel of the Israel Defense Forces”, at that time it was difficult to come up with a better advertisement. In 1972, the OKAVA plant was sold to Perma Sharp Co. and ceased to exist by the mid-1970s. The production of blades was stopped, and only with time the brand was revived at the American Safety Razor (Personna) plant, located in Israel, where Eddison Stainless was produced. Israel Plant has cosed few years ago. that's end of an Era....
