This vintage safety razor from E.C. Simmons' Keen Kutter is in its original box and I don’t think it has been used. The metal is lightly tarnished with age and I didn’t attempt to clean it.
Similar listings say 1920s or 1930s? But I am not sure. Several of those have the Bakelite handle, and this one has the metal handle.
