Most of my products are store returns or damaged box items I will always call my items "USED" even if they are new although most are open pack or no box.  Even if they are new in sealed pack these will be opened to make sure that they are in good condition. I am not the manufacturer of these products nor I am a distributor.  I only sell them. Thus, brand names and copyrighted images will be blurred or cut out even if it is an OEM product. Therefore if you received an item that is defective not as described after it was said it was fully working or totally different than in the description. I, the seller will refund the cost of the item you paid and both shipping charges after it has been checked and the item has not been tampered or neglected in any form or manner. (buyer’s remorse is not applicable”) 3.- “BUYER’S REMORSE RETURNS FEE:" It is unfair for the seller to pay for a mistake that a BUYER committed therefore a 25% fee will be charged of the total cost of the item if the item is returned by any reason other than the item is “defective and not as described” . 4.- “AS IS” and “SOLD FOR PARTS OR REPAIR:" Used items sold for parts or repairs are sold in "AS IS" condition  and the returns of such, policy number 3 will apply. After it has been checked that the item has not been tampered or neglected in any form. 5.- " CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE:" if you need to cancel. Please cancel before the tracking number has been recorded. Otherwise the item is on its way to its destination and it is out of my control. Once you get the item and still want to send it back. Policy number 3 will be applied. 6.- "REFUND:" AS WITH EVERY STORE.  VIRTUAL OR PHYSICAL STORE.  IT IS REQUIRED THAT ITEM OR ITEMS  MUST BE RETURNED IN ORDER FOR A REFUND TO BE PROCESSED AND TAKE PLACE. As you can see my policy is very fair for both buyer and seller.    If you encounter any problems what so ever with your product please contact me before opening a dispute. I am not here to cheat any one or take any one’s hard earned money.   I take the transactions in Pricetronic very seriously as a seller and as a buyer. Shipping and Handling Time Foremost the shipping is fixed and it is for the 50 states. Including to HI, AK and PR. Only.  For international shipping Pricetronic's international shipping system is involved and I am foreign to those costs.  Please do not ask me to reduce the costs these also include envelope and packing materials. Most of the items are shipped via USPS or Fedex the same day or within 24 hrs of payment received .   I DO NOT have my items boxed until they are sold.     In rare occasions, I may take a bit longer depending on the size of the item, some times it is required find the proper box and packaging materials (bigger box than usual) to save you the on the shipping charges. I am not responsible for the delay due to Holidays, Acts of God, Nature, USPS or FeDex Delay or due to wrong address.
