Nos Vintage 1940's British Souplex Bakelite Safety Razor

For discerning collectors of very fine razors and/or Bakelite enthusiasts! (or maybe you just like a classy shave!) Excellent Mint+ NOS Condition Souplex Safety Razor in Handsome Case Bakelite Lovers: pay attention!
Here is a fantastic razor from England, manufactured by Souplex in Lancashire, who made razors between the mid-30's till the later 1940's. The quality of the Bakelite is stunning, and is housed in a very super sweet (almost perfect perfect!) Bakelite case. The case itself is phenomenal... not light and cheesy-feeling, but something of high quality.
Unlike other British razors like the Wardonia, this Souplex one accepts modern DE blades without any alteration.
It shaves wonderfully and displays just the same. The case operates perfectly well with a snug closure and lock. It comes complete with a handsome selection of NOS British-made DE blades, including two by Souplex itself.
