It was CLEANED, and CHECKED The handle does not have the typical crack after close observation. The handle seems to be silver plated, showing the typical patina. The plating on the head is still very appealing, with no obvious lose of plating after close observation. Razor comes in its original case and original blade pack + commercial leaflet. The case is overall in excellent condition also. Rare. This razor is a special production, made and stamped for Maison Berthier Cutlery and Goldsmiths, in Valence, France. The Maison Berthier, founded in 1820, is still existing today, with 2 boutiques in Valence and Lyon (France).
