Vintage Sharpen M All Rotary Stropper In Original Box Safety Razor

Vintage Howard Specialties Rotary Strop. In original box with instructions. Box does have some wear as does device. Untested and unsure if this is the complete item. I have seen others with the same items as this one and then others with some other pieces included. This one is sold as pictured. See photos for further description. Questions are welcomed.
