For your consideration is a very beautiful NOS Apollo Razor Handle with Brand New Merkur Closed Comb Head Classic German safety razor pairing with Mercury logo and NOS sealed Merkur blades!
This is a sweetheart of a timeless-design European safety razor that is well balanced and is perfect for the DE shaver who enjoy classic smooth shaving that never will disappoint.
Razor handle is a rare Apollo Bakelite (50's-60's?) with the classic Apollo logo coupled with a brand new Merkur razor head with a closed comb. Note that the handle is new and unused, but it is 60-70 year old Bakelite and has a thin scalloped base decoration. Although not apparent on this one when looking, don't be surprised if there is a tiny nick or chip. That's just how they are after years of time like other Bakelite out there. Please scrutinize the photos because they describe it best, and do ask any questions before buying if you have any.
